Force majeure includes events like border closures, legal travel prohibitions, or significant property damage due to natural disasters. In such cases, cancellations made 15 to 30 days before arrival receive a full refund, while those made 14 days or less before arrival receive a 50% refund, with the remaining funds applicable to a future stay within 12 months.
